Bio
Location: 1654 1st St N, Winter Haven, FL
Established: 2017
Amonie Jo's is named after the sisters' mother, Amonie Joseph, who emigrated from the Bahamas in search of establishing the family's future in the United States. Amonie Jo was a driven entrepreneur who established a
stable framework for the family during their initial years in the US. Unfortunately, after multiple bouts with cancer, Amonie Jo passed away in 2017. The sisters found inspiration through their mother's passion and
decided to start a business just months later. Borne out of the fortutious connection of long-standing family traditions and a "For Sale" sign on a Ford E350 - Amonie Jo's coffee bus was established and began serving the
Winter Haven area. The venture has now shifted focus to a brick-and-mortar location, but don't be surprised if you see the mobile coffee bus rolling out again in the future!

Sourcing Style: Responsibly Sourced, Organic
Roaster: Ethos Coffee Roasters
Amonie Jo's partners up to source beans through Ethos Coffee Roasters, a local roastery with a great mission based right next door in Lakeland. The beans are responsibly sourced by Ethos, roasted fresh, and
shipped straight to Amonie Jo's to support their operations. The partnership is well-aligned with Amonie Jo's drive to serve fresh organic coffee to their customers every day.
