The process of building the flavor that ends up in your cup starts within the fruits on the thousands of farms scattered in equatorial highlands across five continents. It continues through a
controlled roasting process where temperatures in excess of 400℉ manipulate flavor through endothermic chemical reactions. The last step of the process - brewing - is the final piece that defines
the taste profile that we encounter as we enjoy our drink. From start to finish, the process is scientific while artistic, traditional while modern, and perfect while imperfect.
The infinite combinations of variables at-play make coffee-making one of the most intriguing (and debated) processes in the realm of Food & Beverage.
